Singing Bowls are primarily used for meditation and relaxation as they produce a reverberating single tone or a continuous, soothing sound, that can last for as long as you are playing the bowl.

Singing bowls are played by holding the bowl in the open palm of one hand, while gently striking the rim and running the wooden striker around the rim of the bowl, which causes a continuous ‘singing’ sound.

This Singing Bowls come with a felt wrapped striker.
